1. Overview

Avaytay.com is a lifestyle platform where users can:

  • Upload event flyers and party information
  • Purchase Credits to book events
  • Use exclusive invite codes to access a private booking section for Hostesses

Avaytay.com operates under a virtual currency system (“Credits”) that must be purchased to access booking features.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Avaytay.com only for lawful purposes, including:

  • Uploading legitimate events and parties
  • Booking event tickets and Hostess companions for public/private events

You may not:

  • Impersonate another person
  • Upload fraudulent events
  • Engage in activities that violate our Terms or Privacy Policy

3. Hostess Engagement & Code of Conduct

Users who access the private Hostess section agree to the following additional terms:

  • Hostesses may be booked as companions for public or private events only.
  • It is strictly prohibited to exchange sexual acts for money, Credits, or any other consideration.
  • Photography is not permitted. Clients may not take photos or videos of Hostesses during bookings, and Hostesses may not photograph or record clients.
  • Any attempt to solicit or engage in illegal behavior will result in immediate removal from the platform and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

4. Invite Codes & Access

Certain features of the platform, including the Hostess section, require an invite code to access. Sharing or misusing invite codes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to revoke access at our discretion.

5. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are required for bookings and premium features.
  • All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.
  • Avaytay.com is not responsible for how Credits are used once purchased.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Avaytay.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

  • Violate any portion of these Terms of Use
  • Violate our Privacy Policy
  • Engage in prohibited or unlawful behavior on or off-platform during bookings
  • Attempt to defraud, abuse, or harm other users or Hostesses

Termination includes forfeiture of any remaining Credits in your account.

7. Privacy Policy

By using Avaytay.com, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring secure transactions. Our platform does not store credit card information and uses encrypted connections.

8. Modifications

Avaytay.com may update these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
